"We love and appreciate old aged pieces, distressed from years of sunlight, especially LouisXV, LouisXVI and Italian ones, there are our treasure."
Annick & Renaud
Elusio was created in 2003 by Annick and Renaud, who wanted to develop an original collection, inspired from 17th to 19th European Centuries. All of the Elusio creations are inspired by this past, this ageless elegance and this patina. The Elusio collection of objects and furniture are handmade in our atelier in FRANCE and all finishes are handapplied to capture an unique an original patina, to cultivate its difference.
Annick learnt techniques such as false marble, gold leaf application, wood patina and trompe l ́œil. She has worked with interior designers on restoration and decoration of both contemporary and heritage homes in France.
Renaud studied history of art in the prestigious Ecole du Louvre in Paris. This sparked his passion for antiques, which involved working with many French and International decorators.
